People who took GLP-1 drugs such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro and suffered severe stomach problems or sudden vision loss are suing the manufacturers.

What happened
The lawsuits say the drug makers failed to adequately warn about gastroparesis (stomach paralysis), intestinal blockage and other serious digestive injuries. A separate group of cases involves NAION, a sudden loss of vision in one eye.
Who may qualify
You may have a claim if:
- Took Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or another GLP-1 drug
- Diagnosed with gastroparesis, ileus, bowel obstruction or NAION vision loss
- Hospitalization, ongoing treatment or lasting harm

Where the case stands
Digestive-injury cases are consolidated in federal MDL 3094, with about 3,800 cases as of mid-2026. Vision-loss (NAION) cases are proceeding in a separate federal MDL. Both dockets continue to grow.

Questions families ask
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, so there is no fee unless we recover money for you. The exact terms are in your written retainer, and they follow the rules in your state.
I took it for diabetes, not weight loss. Can I still file?
Yes. The claims involve the drug and the injury, not why it was prescribed.
Do I need to stop taking the drug?
That is a medical decision for you and your doctor. Your legal claim does not depend on it.
Is there a deadline to file?
Yes. Every state sets a deadline, called a statute of limitations. Some start when you were hurt, others when you learned the cause. Contact us now so you do not lose your right to file.
